Downwa Counti =

Count downward as you pick up numerical blocs and gather them in a mathematical formula to score points.

Play in the unranked random mode, or try your luck with the daily seed and see how you fare in the ranked leaderboard!

This is a short game, in around 5 minutes you've got around it. Add 10 more and you're ready to secure a good place in the Daily!

Instructions

• Move left, right, or down to [pick] up blocks on your path.
• Move up to [store] the block below.

Gather an Equal block to [validate] your selection and score its total value, if its valid math.

If you fill up the selection, you must end it with an Equal block or it will be invalid!

Every player have the same Ranked Daily level seed, but you only have once try per day!

About the game

This game was made in about 3 days, for the 2026 GMTK Gamejam of which the theme was "Countdown".

I made the game entirely solo, most code and all assets are made from scratch. The music was composed around 1720 by a violent braggart with a good ear, I hadn't enough time to make one myself, so public domain it is.

No AI were used at all, they stink and the world is dystopic enough as is.
