A small tool for encoding and decoding stuff.

Supports the same formats as Paulschou's out of service Xlate: Utf8, Binary, Octal, Decimal, Hexadecimal, Base32, Base64, Ascii85, MD5, Sha-1, Sha-256, Sha-384, Sha-512
